My mission and reason for creating this nonprofit leadership book is to spur systemic change that helps children thrive. All of us play a role in that mission because all social change is interconnected.
Among the many nonprofit sectors and causes, I have particular experience in affordable housing, conservation, rehabilitation of sex trafficking survivors, prisoner reentry to society, and post-secondary education.
These four services are my specialities:
nonprofit management and strategic consulting
My Experience & Expertise
As part of my services portfolio, I have advised nonprofit leaders on strategic planning by
- developing a Theory of Change tied to elements of the strategic plan,
- creating Strategy Maps showing the relationship between the organization’s activities and its mission,
- using those tools to identify gaps and areas for improvement in the strategic plan, and
- performing feasibility studies to quantify the opportunities, risks, and costs-benefits of proposed facilities expansions
